Ambassadors for Adventist Christian Education

Ambassadors for Adventist Christian Education (AACE) is a non-profit organization composed of volunteers whose purpose is to provide support for Adventist Education (AE) and strengthen relationships between schools, constituent churches and the local community. Many of our Adventist schools are experiencing specific and unique challenges and our AACE volunteers are committed to using their skills, resources and talents to help create and implement solutions for these diverse concerns.

OUR MISSION

Ambassadors for Adventist Christian Education (AACE) is an organization of individuals who recognize the benefits of Adventist Education (AE) and its influence on all facets of a person’s life. Its mission is to build support for Adventist schools. Building support includes spreading the good news of the schools’ quality and the unique value of AE, encouraging families to consider church school an integral part of their lifestyle, and enlisting others to become actively involved in using their unique talents and skills to improve the growth and operation of the schools.

OUR GOALS ARE TO:

  • collaboratively identify school problems with the school administrator
  • see that every Adventist child who can benefit from AE receives it,
  • promote awareness of the unique values training of the Adventist home and school,
  • encourage families to place their children in Adventist schools,
  • be a source of information about local Adventist schools,
  • bolster the quality, health, and vigor of the local school,
  • direct families to tuition resources, and
  • inspire constituent church members to participate in the effort of maintaining AE in their communities.

WE SEEK TO DO THIS BY:

  • establishing local chapters
  • developing information packets and marketing and training materials for each local chapter
  • creating a network of ideas and resources
  • building a database of volunteers - Ambassadors-at-Large - who have a broad range of skills and talents to contribute to any given school
  • connecting with large institutions who can share their resources with schools
  • identifying, assisting and training individuals who have a passion for Adventist education and will commit to actively helping the system with their particular talents.
